Two hospitalized after rollover crash in Wall Township


WALL TOWNSHIP, N.J. — A two-car crash at the intersection of Highway 35 and Allaire Road disrupted morning traffic on Tuesday, sending two people to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to Wall Township Police.

The accident occurred at around 8:30 a.m., when emergency services responded to reports of a collision that left one of the vehicles overturned in the roadway. South Wall Fire Rescue arrived on the scene and worked to extricate the driver from the overturned vehicle.

Wall EMS transported both drivers to a nearby hospital for treatment. Authorities stated that their injuries were not life-threatening.


The crash led to a temporary road closure lasting approximately 45 minutes as crews worked to clear the scene. Wall Township Police Patrolman Daniel Grothues is leading the investigation into the incident. Further details on the cause of the crash have not yet been released.
