Troy Hills, New Jersey. As they look into a road rage shooting that happened Wednesday night on Interstate 80 eastbound close to exit 47B in Morris County, New Jersey State Police are requesting the public’s assistance.
The perpetrator, who was operating a silver minivan with an unidentified Pennsylvania license plate, came up alongside the victim’s blue Subaru Outback at approximately 6:18 p.m. and fired at least one shot, according to the investigators. The bullet hit the Subaru’s rear driver-side glass.
Police have not yet identified the offender, and there have been no reports of injuries.
The Totowa Station troopers are in charge of the investigation and are asking anyone who saw the shooting or anything that happened before or after to call their Detective Bureau at 973-785-9412.
Officials said anonymous tips are welcome and ask anyone with information to come forward.
