Columbia, Maryland. The Howard County Police Foundation’s annual youth holiday party, which aims to promote community support and holiday cheer, brought together over 90 kids and their families on Saturday.
A catered lunch, crafts, games, prizes, and dancing were all part of the celebration, which was planned by the youth engagement and school resource officers division of the Howard County Police Department. The kids were thrilled with a special visit from Santa Claus, who gave them each a bag full of toys, sports gear, and winter necessities.
In order to guarantee the event’s success, the Howard County Police Foundation provided time and resources as a sponsor. Along with additional gifts to enjoy over the holidays, families departed with warm winter clothing, such as jackets and gloves.
