M. St. PaulAfter being purportedly held captive and tortured by a man she previously trusted, a woman in St. Paul, Minnesota, suffered from serious burns, stab wounds, and psychological anguish. According to recently filed court records, the specifics describe a terrifying two-day nightmare that was full of deception, aggression, and abuse. The suspect, Jabari Quentin Junior, 22, is now facing several criminal counts, including assault and kidnapping, which may result in a life sentence in prison.

Abuse and Torture Behind Closed Doors

The girl, known as CR in court documents, told police that Junior had trafficked her and had horribly abused her in his apartment.

According to investigators, Junior started his reign of terror by forcing her to shave her head because she was talking to other guys.

The violence escalated after this first act, with CR apparently being repeatedly sprayed with boiling water, stabbed, and sliced, leaving her deformed and briefly blind in her right eye.

According to CR, Junior was under the influence of drugs when she allowed multiple guys inside the flat to attack her. According to the court filings, Junior kept a careful eye on her every move while she was detained against her will and suffered numerous assaults and acts of violence.

Deprived of Water and Forced to Drink Chemicals

Physical assaults were only one aspect of the abuse. He even led her to the Wabasha Bridge, where he encouraged her to jump off and die.

According to the prosecution, Junior tried to make CR swallow cleaning solution and denied her water.

CR’s attempts to flee were unsuccessful since Junior followed her throughout the apartment and made sure she was unable to do so.

Final Warning and Escape

When Junior took CR to a bus stop on Wabasha Street and Fillmore Avenue, the ordeal came to an end. He warned her to lie about her injuries or risk severe repercussions as he called for an ambulance. Junior left the site prior to the arrival of emergency personnel.

Police interrogated CR at the hospital, where they found a woman with seeping wounds on her face, arms, and chest from serious burns. She was in so much pain from the knife wound on her shin that even wearing a hospital gown made it worse.

The Suspect s Denial and Cleanup Efforts

During his police interrogation, Junior refuted numerous accusations, stating that CR had already been hurt when he got to his residence.

He asserted that she had previously been trafficked in Illinois, Minnesota, and Wisconsin and characterized their relationship as friends with benefits.

He said that CR set up dates with other men using his phone, but he denied being involved in most of the abuse. In contrast to CR’s claim that he shaved her head, he did admit to snipping a tiny section of her hair.

However, a search of Junior’s flat revealed a different picture. Blood-stained trousers, signs of a violent struggle, and traces of a cleanup attempt were discovered by the police.

Felony Charges and Potential Life Sentence

Junior is currently facing one case of first-degree assault, one count of second-degree assault, and two counts of kidnapping. He might be imprisoned for the rest of his life if found guilty.
