Free Jolley Trolley Rides has partnered with PSTA to offer FREE rides for all pickups throughout the Clearwater area. Skip the traffic headaches this Spring Break and hop on a trolley for a hassle-free trip.
The city of Clearwater has partnered with the Pinellas Suncoast Transit Authority to make traveling to Clearwater Beach easier during the spring break season. The Park & Ride program gives beach visitors a free designated parking area and a free trolley ride to the beach. Trolley Park & Ride service operates:
Due to construction in downtown Clearwater, this year’s Park and Ride schedule and pickup locations will differ from previous years.
March 1–22 & April 17–May 3
- Monday–Thursday: No free parking
- Friday–Saturday: 10 a.m.–Midnight
- Sunday: 10 a.m.–10 p.m.
March 27–April 12 (Pier 60 Sugar Sand Festival)
- Sunday–Thursday: 10 a.m.–10 p.m.
- Friday–Saturday: 10 a.m.–Midnight

- Osceola Ave Garage
- Garden Ave Garage
Gould Lot is CLOSED Monday through Thursday.
Parking at any parking garage in Downtown Clearwater on weekdays is free beginning at 6 p.m.
Park and Ride Lot Locations
- Gould Parking Lot: 209 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Ave., at the corner of Gould Street and Martin Luther King Avenue (serviced by PSTA buses)
- Osceola Avenue Parking Garage: 310 Court St. (serviced by trolleys)
- Garden Avenue Parking Garage: 28 N. Garden Ave. (serviced by trolleys)
Return service to the downtown parking locations is available from Pier 60 and Clearwater Beach Marina.
And don’t forget about other ways to get around, including the Clearwater Ferry service, Grouper Airport Express, Snapper On Demand, Uber, Lyft, taxis, and other fun transportation options.
You can park for free any day of the week at the former Clearwater City Hall location at 112 S. Osceola Ave. or 200 Osceola Ave. From there, you can board for free at the Clearwater Beach Transit Center or Clearwater Beach Marina. Return trips to the parking lot depart from the Clearwater Beach Marina at 25 Causeway Blvd. in Clearwater. This service begins Feb. 25 and continues through April 27, 2024.
Additional parking is available on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at 310 Court St. – County Garage, with availability anytime on Saturday and Sunday.
