Winnsboro Man Dies in Louisiana Single-Vehicle Accident on Highway 132

Mangham, LA – A Winnsboro man died early Sunday in a single-vehicle crash on Louisiana Highway 132 near Mangham. Louisiana State Police Troop F reported that the accident, which happened just before 4 a.m., involved 44-year-old Jarrod Flores of Winnsboro.

Police say Flores was driving a 2017 Toyota 4Runner eastbound when his vehicle veered off the left side of the road, struck a tree, and overturned. Flores, who was reportedly unrestrained, was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators suspect impairment as a factor in the crash. Toxicology samples were taken and are being analyzed as part of the ongoing investigation.

Troopers remind drivers to stay alert, avoid driving impaired or fatigued, and always wear seatbelts. “Following these safety measures can make a life-saving difference,” said a Louisiana State Police representative. The crash remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the exact cause of the incident.
