Ravens fan wins $50K on GAME OF THRONES scratch-off

CHURCH HILL, MD — A devoted Baltimore Ravens fan from Queen Anne’s County has scored big—but not with her usual football-themed scratch-off. Instead, a GAME OF THRONES™ ticket bought by her son turned out to be a $50,000 top-prize winner.

The Eastern Shore resident typically sticks to Ravens scratch-offs, but her son persuaded her to try something different. He picked out three $5 GAME OF THRONES tickets, and on the last one, she uncovered her life-changing win.

The lucky winner, who claimed her prize at Maryland Lottery headquarters, says she plans to use her windfall for a trip to Jamaica and to pay off some bills. “I want to fly this time,” she said, already envisioning her island getaway.

The winning ticket was purchased at Go Mart, located at 741 Main Street in Church Hill. The retailer will receive a $500 bonus for selling the $50,000-winning scratch-off.
