Biden FEMA Official Removed After Ordering Rescue Workers to Skip Homes of Trump Supporters

A FEMA official has been removed from their role following allegations that they instructed Hurricane Milton relief workers to skip homes displaying Trump signs, according to statements from a FEMA spokesperson to Fox News.

The incident is now under investigation by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, who is reviewing FEMA’s handling of relief efforts in the Lake Placid area.

Internal FEMA messages, first obtained by the Daily Wire, reportedly reveal that the official advised workers to “avoid homes advertising Trump” while conducting assessments of which residents may qualify for federal assistance. This instruction allegedly led to over 20 homes with Trump signs or flags being bypassed between late October and early November.

According to the Daily Wire, workers noted entries such as “Trump sign no entry per leadership” in a government system, indicating that homes were deliberately left unassessed due to this directive. In response to the revelations, FEMA has confirmed that the official involved is no longer in their position, reflecting swift action by the agency to address the controversy.

The situation has raised significant concerns about impartiality in disaster relief operations, with many calling for a thorough investigation to ensure aid is distributed fairly and without political bias. As Florida state officials continue their review, questions remain regarding the extent of these actions and the potential impact on affected residents.
