Buffalo police seek public’s help locating missing 12- and 13-year-old girls


BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating two young girls, ages 12 and 13, who have been missing since Saturday. Authorities say the girls, identified as Yarelis Pacheco and Joseline “Jazzy” Pacheco, left their home voluntarily on November 2 and have not returned.

Yarelis Pacheco is described as a white female, standing 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds, with dark brown wavy hair and brown eyes. She has a nose piercing and was last seen wearing a gray sweater, black long pants, and a gray jacket.

Her sister, Joseline “Jazzy” Pacheco, is 5 feet 1 inch tall and weighs around 198 pounds. She has dark black curly hair and a cut on her left arm. She was last seen wearing a black sweater and short black pants.


The girls were last seen near Niagara Street and Hampshire Street in Buffalo. Authorities urge anyone with information on their whereabouts to call 911 immediately.
