Boston, MA –  Fugitive unit officers from the Boston Police Department arrested two individuals, Evan Velez, age 37, and Emmanuel Arnauld, age 30, for firearm and drug-related offenses on Thursday at 3:00 PM. The arrests took place in connection with a surveillance operation near 58 Cedar St., Roxbury.

The officers were on the lookout for Evan Velez, wanted on a firearm-related arrest warrant.
