Washington, D.C. According to authorities, two people escaped from the scene of an attempted armed robbery in Southeast D.C. on Wednesday morning by boarding a Metrobus.
The suspects allegedly approached a victim, flashed shock guns, and demanded items at around 9:50 a.m. in the 2800 block of Alabama Avenue Southeast.
