Urgent search underway for missing 1-year-old girl last seen in Southeast D.C.


WASHINGTON, D.C. — A 1-year-old girl, Morgan Carter, has been missing since Halloween, and her family and community are desperate for answers. The toddler was last seen on October 31 in the 5300 block of E Street, Southeast, and police are calling her disappearance a critical case.

Morgan is described as a Black female with braided Black hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing a pink and black jacket. Investigators believe she may be with 31-year-old Peguy Sikadi, whom they are also trying to locate.
